About the author

Cris Hoxie has been rooted in northern Michigan For the majority of her life. Furthermore, she has graduated from Ames International School of the Bible and holds a deep passion for reading. Over the course of six years, she has been engaged as a book reviewer while concurrently generating devotionals for eight years for a Facebook community.
Cris's love for snow was instilled in her by her Northern Michigan upbringing. She was raised with four brothers, two of whom have dedicated themselves to the ministry, and one sister, with Cris being the youngest of the six. Northeast Michigan is where Cris and her husband, Les, along with their loyal dog, Cookie, have chosen to live.
