The Prophecy - A Retelling of Eros and Psyche

Psyche, the most sought-after woman in Greece, earns the jealousy and wrath of the Greek goddess, Aphrodite. When Aphrodite sends her son, Eros, to "take care" of the problem, he does more damage than good. Instead of getting rid of Psyche once and for all, he falls in love with her. In a twist of fate, Psyche is tricked into marrying him against her knowledge. During their marriage, Eros remains invisible, afraid to reveal himself to his wife, knowing that his mother is hiding somewhere in the shadows. When Psyche finally discovers who her husband really is, Eros flees, leaving her alone and exposed. Desperate to get her husband back, Psyche searches the continent for her run-away husband, knowing Aphrodite is looking for her. Instead of waiting for the goddess to pluck her from the streets of Greece, she meets Aphrodite head-on, and is immediately put to The Trials. Will she survive long enough to be reunited with her husband?
