Conflicts are inherent in family relationships and are an expression of the emotional involvement present in such relationships. For this reason, in family law, a strictly legal method may not be enough to resolve the established conflict, making interdisciplinary intervention necessary. The New Code of Civil Procedure provides important incentives for the application of alternative methods of conflict resolution. Among the possible applicable techniques, systemic constellation psychotherapy presents itself as a differentiated and innovative alternative. This book therefore investigates projects aimed at including systemic constellations in family law actions in the Brazilian Judiciary.
