The general objective of this book was to analyze the internationalization of Ecuadorian and Peruvian universities.According to the UN (2024) Goal 4: Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all: To achieve the national targets of Goal 4, whose ambition has been reduced compared to its original targets, 79 low and lower-middle income countries continue to face an average annual funding gap of US$97 billion.
