Constitutionalizing Globalization explores two converging trends: the spread of federalism and federal arrangements around the world, and the globalization taking place on the international scene. Daniel J. Elazar is Senator M. Paterson Professor of Intergovernmental Relations at Bar-Ilan University, and president of the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs. He is also a professor of political science and director of the Center for the Study of Federalism at Temple University. Among his books are Exploring Federalism and Federalism and the Way to Peace.
