Frogville was a lush oasis until a traveling wizard cursed it. The lake became a dirty swamp, and all boys became frogs on their thirteenth birthday. When Lily Lotus Dillweed and her twin brother turned 13, it was she, as the oldest, who turned into the frog. The curse required a royal kiss to be broken, so Lily set out on a quest to find one. In the Quest For A King, the fifth in the Frogville series, Lily and her brother's best friend Burhead Basilwort set off to save her twin brother Crocus who was taken prisoner and thrown in the dungeon in the Kingdom of Blois. Once there, the king agrees to free Crocus if Lily and Burhead can capture a giant ogre terrorizing their kingdom and retrieve a magic chalice and sword that the ogre had stolen from them. Little did they know a fierce dragon was guarding these treasures! Lily's love for her brother and her desire for them all to return safely to Frogville drives her and Burhead to accept the king's challenge. It will take courage, creativity and teamwork for them to have even a chance of succeeding.

Sharla J. Frost grew up along the Red River in Frogville, Oklahoma. She spent her childhood days creating adventures for herself on the family's expansive cattle ranch. A fifth generation Frogvillian, she comes from a long line of storytellers. Sharla spent 30 years as a trial lawyer and continues to serve clients and make presentations all over the country. She has written multiple business books, including Power At The Table. Her love of children is what inspired the Frogville series; a timeless mix of fantasy, nostalgia and adventure come to life in each magical story.
