About the author
David Ormerod CBE, KC is Professor of Criminal Justice at University College London, Deputy High Court Judge, and a Door Tenant at Red Lion Chambers.
John Child is Professor of Criminal Law at the University of Birmingham, Co-Director of the Birmingham Centre for Crime, Justice and Policing, and Co-Director of the Criminal Law Reform Now Network. Prior to this, John lectured at the University of Sussex and Oxford Brookes Law School.
