Svenja Damberg holds the position of Assistant Professor at the University of Twente (The Netherlands) and has published in esteemed journals. She further contributes to the field as a guest editor and reviewer for top-tier innovation journals. Her research expertise lies in the realm of sustainable entrepreneurship and innovation management, and she is a Faculty Innovation Fellow at Stanford University’s d.school.
Zita K. Lucius serves as a Senior Innovation Manager at Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, overseeing innovation initiatives within the offshore business unit. Her research is deeply rooted in practical applications, with a primary focus on innovation and organizational culture. Additionally, she actively engages in various honorary roles, including positions at JCI Hamburg and the Big & Growing Festival Hamburg.
Barbara Blenski, the proprietor of INNOSHOT, is a renowned authority in systemic innovation. Her roles as a consultant, coach, and facilitator are complemented by her position as a lecturer at Hochschule Fresenius (Germany).
