Francesca Sanguineti is an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Pavia, Italy. Her academic path is marked by international experience, including roles as a visiting student and research fellow at the Center for International Business Education and Research (CIBER) at Georgia State University, USA. Her research intersects international business and organizational behavior with a focus on the impact of emerging technologies on organizational culture and processes. Recently, her interests have expanded to include healthcare management and patient-centric innovations. Her work has been published in various international scientific journals.
