About the author

Robert Bodenstein, MBA CMC has more than 40 years of experience as a management consultant. He served as the chairman of the ISO committee responsible for developing the ISO 20700 standard ‘Management Consulting Services’ and is Chairman of the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI) since 2021.
Prof. Dr. Josef Herget combines many years of experience in academia with international consulting work. He has taught and researched at various universities in Europe and founded several companies. He is an Academic Fellow of the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI).
