Bertrand Stephen St Louis, known as Mr. B, is a coach and host of the podcast 'Free Talk With Mr. B'. Raised by a single mother, he started working at 12 and later earned a Business Management degree at 45. After a 35-year career in the energy industry, he pursued his passion for helping others, creating a platform for people to share their stories.

Having traveled to over 36 countries, his podcast recently hit 10,000 downloads. His first book, 'The Art of Giving Back', has a global audience in Nigeria, the Philippines, India, the US, and the UAE.
