About the author

"As a member of the Clovelly Eskimos Winter Swimming Club since 2016, and serving as vice-captain since 2018, I've found myself deeply involved in our amazing community. Thanks to Chris "Topper" Thompson, I joined and discovered a group who shared my love for swimming and a club with an amazing culture. As vice-captain I've had the chance to help the club grow, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a wonderful community. This book is a culmination of everyone's stories, and I feel lucky to have compiled it." - Luke Borthwick
