L'illégalité matérielle et sa relation avec l'article 19 du N.A.C. - Droit de la responsabilité civile (Argentine)

Dans le code civil argentin abrogé en 2015, l'illicéité était formelle et subjective, puisqu'il fallait que l'acte dommageable soit "expressément interdit par une règle" et que les agents aient agi avec "intention, faute ou négligence". Aujourd'hui, tout cela a changé, le nouveau code civil et commercial unifié de la nation argentine consacre un type d'illicéité "objective et matérielle".
