This book deals with the ethical and professional training of teachers in general, and in particular in the Republic of Angola. In his educational work, the teacher must take into account the formation of values such as honesty, responsibility, love of work, formation of attitudes, feelings, personality qualities, love of country, among others. However, for the teacher to achieve these objectives, it is necessary to have an ethical and professional formation, which constitutes a model for his students, since the teacher is "a person consecrated to a cause of great social and human transcendence". In the Angolan reality, it is therefore very important to approach professional ethics in education professionals, since it helps to know the professional duties and rights, that is, what should be done and what should not be done.

PhD in Pedagogical Sciences, University of Pedagogical Sciences "Enrique José Varona" Havana, Cuba. Assistant Professor at ISCED-Huambo; former professor at the Higher Pedagogical School of Bié. He is trained in Psychology, Philosophy and Specialist in Ethics and Professional Deontology. He writes and publishes articles, is a lecturer.
