About the author
Reinhard Kowalski, originally from Germany, is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and psychotherapist with over 40 years of experience in the British National Health Service. Currently, he operates a private psychotherapy practice and consultancy. He is also a Mindfulness Teacher and a practitioner and teacher in AIT (Advanced Integrative Therapy) - an innovative form of Energy Psychology that leverages the Chakras to release trauma energy from the body-mind system. He has published widely, and in his
Mindfulness and Mindbalancing Handbook (published by Routledge in 2011) he combines Yogic meditation practices with Mindfulness, providing practical tools for psychological therapy.
