Richard K. Jansson is an associate professor of entomology at the University of Florida, Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences, Tropical Research and Education Center in Homestead. Kandukuri V. Raman is a senior scientist in entomology, project leader in pest management, and acting chairman of the Entomology and Hematology Department at the International Potato Center, Lima, Peru.
