This research work focuses on educational innovation for adults. It is divided into three parts: first, an ethnographic study is conducted, exploring the cultural and pedagogical dynamics that influence the learning of students and the center; then, an intervention is implemented using the Project Based Learning (PBL) methodology, promoting autonomy and meaningful learning of students; finally, an analysis of the impact of this intervention is conducted, evaluating aspects such as motivation and the development of key competencies. The results suggest that PBL benefits students by connecting learning with their previous experiences and promoting essential skills for their personal and professional development. This methodological approach is presented as a valuable tool to improve education in this context.
