Dive into the gripping psychological battles of American presidents in "Commanders In Crisis: The Psychological Battles of American Presidents Throughout History." This eye-opening exploration unveils how the pressures of leadership have impacted the mental health and administrations of U.S. presidents across centuries. From the diagnoses written by mental health professionals, the narratives of presidential historians and my own analyses, this book shines a light on the emotional challenges that have shaped some of the most critical moments in American history. By distilling important lessons about mental health, the book underscores the timeless importance of emotional well-being, informed self-care, and compassion in leadership without drawing broad political or partisan conclusions. A clean, clearly articulated discussion at 104 pages in length.
