Por ejemplo, en el Génesis, Dios dice que todo lo que hizo es bueno y que está satisfecho; pero después se arrepiente de haber creado a las personas y manda una inundación para destruir a todos exceptuando a Noé y a su familia.¿Como adultos, podemos procesar, interpretar o descartar las distintas historias, pero los niños entienden las cosas de una manera más literal y pueden creer que si no hacen lo correcto, Dios estará enojado o molesto con ellos. Esto es teología tóxica.
Este libro está escrito para presentar conceptos espirituales saludables. Ideas que afirmen una imagen positiva propia al igual que de lo Divino. El dogma y el lenguaje religioso es evitado.

Wayne McDaniel's mission in life is to help others increase their capacity to live and to give. He does this through writing and personal and philanthropic coaching. He is a father and grandfather. He and his wife live in a beautiful log house outside of Lawrence, Kansas with their dog, Trek. He loves to write, hike and bike.
