Pomimo respiratornogo tropizma, kowid-19 mozhet wyzywat' sistemnye simptomy, w tom chisle porazhenie schitowidnoj zhelezy. Cel'ü nashej raboty bylo izuchenie chastoty wstrechaemosti narushenij funkcii schitowidnoj zhelezy u pacientow s SARS-COV-2 pnewmoniej i ih prognosticheskogo wliqniq. Jeto prospektiwnoe issledowanie, wklüchaüschee pacientow, gospitalizirowannyh po powodu pnewmonii s kowidom-19 w period s sentqbrq 2020 po awgust 2022 goda i imeüschih narusheniq tireoidnogo balansa. V issledowanie wklücheno 364 pacienta. Chastota distireoza sostawila 32,4 % (89 % gipertireoza i 11 % gipotireoza). Ocenka po shkale SAPS II, ispol'zowanie mehanicheskoj wentilqcii, primenenie kateholaminow, chastota nozokomial'nyh infekcij, wozniknowenie septicheskoj IDK i smertnost' byli znachitel'no wyshe w gruppe s distireozom. V mnogofaktornom analize kortikosteroidnaq terapiq i profilakticheskaq antikoagulqciq byli faktorami, nezawisimo swqzannymi s distireozom. Bolee krupnye i dolgosrochnye issledowaniq mogut dopolnit' ätu rabotu.
