About the author

Susan Long is Emeritus Professor and PhD Co-Lead at the National Institute of Organisation Dynamics Australia (NIODA). She has more than four decades experience teaching psychoanalytic and socioanalytic approaches to managers, organisational consultants, organisational psychologists and other professionals.
