About the author










The author began training in martial arts at the age of 15, including karate, Viet Vo Dao, Tae Kwon Do, Korean Kung Fu and kickboxing.
He trained with Asian grandmasters for many years, which is why his knowledge is very original. The rest of his experience comes from tournament and street fighting.

He is taking his 64th birthday, in August 2024, as an opportunity to publish his previously private records.
