Julia Hiltscher:
Dr. Julia Hiltscher worked at ESL Faceit Group for 20 years before starting her own CSR consultancy in 2023. In the same year, she received the Esports Awards Panel's Choice Award for her lifetime achievements in sustainability within the esports and games industry. She is also a founding board member of the Esports Research Network.

Tobias M. Scholz:
Tobias M. Scholz is an Associate Professor of Esports at the University of Agder, Norway. He is the founding chair of the Esports Research Network, co-wrote an invited esports report for the European Parliament, and is associate editor of the Routledge Handbook of Esports and the Journal of Electronic Gaming and Esports.
