The physical and mental health disorders caused by stress place a heavy burden on the health system and society worldwide. By approaching the human being holistically in its physical, emotional, mental, social and spiritual dimensions, Bach florals are a simple, low-cost alternative with no side effects, which can be used as an auxiliary strategy for coping with stressful situations. The aim of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of Bach flower therapy in relation to placebo in reducing stress levels and improving mood in Primary Health Care nursing professionals. To this end, a pragmatic, parallel, double-blind, placebo-controlled randomized clinical trial was carried out.
