Bosun Xie is the director of the Acoustics Lab at South China University of Technology, and a member of The Chinese State Key Lab of Subtropical Building Science. He is a vice-president of the Acoustical Society of China, a vice-chairman of the China Audio Engineering Society, a member of Acoustical Society of American (ASA), and a member of the Audio Engineering Society (AES).
