Todd Sandler is Chair Emeritus at the University of Texas at Dallas, USA. He has contributed articles and books to the study of terrorism since the early 1980s. His most recent book is
What Everyone Needs to Know about Terrorism (2018). He is Special Editorial Advisor to
Defence and Peace Economics.
