Julius Fiedler is a filmmaker-turned-food creator on a clear mission: to promote a natural, unprocessed, diet that supports the health of both people and the planet. His stunningly executed videos, watched by a combined audience of more than 4 million, are packed with techniques for mastering natural vegan dishes. Moving to the UK from Germany in 2018, Julius’s career in food began in earnest during the pandemic - hosting sourdough baking classes under the name “Baking Hermann”. He then went on to be a food stylist at Jamie Oliver’s HQ. His videos are packed with techniques for mastering sustainable, naturally vegan dishes, and garner millions of views across Instagram (@hermann, 2.4M followers), TikTok (872.7K followers, 16.7M likes) and now YouTube (819K subscribers). Alongside posting his own recipes, Julius has collaborated with other health and food creators such as Tim Spector (@tim.spector) and Max La Manna (@maxllamanna). He is a proud Ambassador for Slow Food UK.
