About the author
She is a pioneer of the Cannabic Nutripsychology Movement that researches and promotes dietary changes to prevent and treat depression, anxiety and other mood disorders. Her professional interests have focused on training and disseminating information about psychoactives and expanded states of consciousness through sleep and meditation. In 2002 she founded mindsurf, one of the most visited internet portals in Latin America about Harm Reduction from a per to per approach that has expanded, thanks to the entry of a team of collaborators to youtube and Instagram. She founded the Circulo de Estudios Psiconáuticos Mindsurf. She promotes cannabis activism in favour of free self-cultivation. Co-founded the Xochipilli Cannabis Club. She has a blog about raw Cannabis and collaborates in the section 'Leer Sobre Drogas' of the magazine La Dosis.
