About the author

Dr Ellie Mackin Roberts is a Material Religion Research and Engagement Fellow, and Research Fellow at the University of Bristol. Her main research interests involve the material culture and art of ancient Greece, including the role of women in the religious landscape. Her books include Heroines of Olympus: The Women of Greek Mythology.Imogen Dalton is an academic of classical studies, specializing in mythology. She has written articles on myth, spirituality and theology. Her interests also cover Norse, Celtic and Egyptian mythology. As an artist and a holistic therapist she has a unique perspective on ancient religions. Her YouTube channel discusses myth, religion and rituals.Zach Shephard lives in Washington state, where he dreams up fantasy, science fiction and horror stories. His fiction has appeared in places like Fantasy & Science Fiction, the Unidentified Funny Objects anthology series, and several of Flame Tree Publishing's Gothic Fantasy books. Theresa Tyree (they/she) is a queer nonbinary Greek woman who grew up dreaming of magic amongst the trees in the American Pacific North West.
