Crystal McCreary is a coach, health educator, and yoga and mindfulness educator and teacher trainer. She is the author of the
Little Yogi Deck: Simple Practices to Help Kids Move through Big Emotions (Bala Kids, 2021). She is also on the faculty at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. Crystal currently works as a health and wellness educator at a K-12 independent school in New York City while studying to become a psychotherapist in the Mental Health Counseling program at City University of New York-Hunter.
