Protecting workers from physical, chemical and biological risks is not the only thing that guarantees a safe and healthy working environment. It also protects against psychosocial risks that impact mental and physical well-being in the workplace. Workers can experience emotional or physical stress as a result of excessive workloads, precarious personal relationships, constant changes in technology and the dynamics of organizational principles. So, as well as suggesting ways to alleviate the negative effects of stress, this book recommends solutions aimed at improving quality of life at work, both for individual workers and for public administration managers. The reader is invited to explore a modern perspective in a new window. Our intention is not to exhaust the subject, but to offer a perspective that brings learning to public management. So that you can get out of the realm of ideas and understand your training needs in practice, we strongly hope that this book will provide you with a connection.Happy reading!
