About the author
MODOC PRESS, Inc., was founded in 1981. It is an editorial company that specializes in the compilation of directories for a counseling and guidance audience. Modoc has produced many and varied educational directories, particularly in the areas of distance learning and postsecondary education. Modoc's founder, William E. Burgess, has been involved in the field of education for over 30 years.
