About the author

BONNIE L. WALKER is the president of a research and development firm specializing in developing training material for caregivers of the elderly. She is the director of two research projects sponsored by the National Institute on Aging, Injury Prevention for the Elderly and Improving Staff Attitudes Toward Expression of Elderly Sexuality. Published works include Injury Prevention for the Elderly: A Training Project (1996), Injury Prevention for Young Children (Greenwood, 1996), and Injury Prevention for the Elderly (Greenwood, 1995).
