Young Athletes and Their Morphological Characteristics - Who are they?

This book will give you a great insight into the morphological, physical/motor and maturational characteristics of U16 athletes. Almost 200 male and female athletes from 11 different teams and 3 different states were assessed. Knowledge of the physical characteristics as well as analysing the results of the tests and trials that make up the battery applied in this study will allow you to explore the potential of young people, athletes and non-athletes who find themselves in front of you on a daily basis.

Dottorando in Educazione fisica, con particolare attenzione all'educazione, alla valutazione e all'allenamento dei giovani atleti di atletica leggera presso l'Università federale di Juiz de Fora (UFJF). Dal 2012 è allenatore presso il Centro regionale di avviamento all'atletica della UFJF. Ha allenato giovani atleti che hanno vinto medaglie nazionali e sudamericane, nonché atleti che hanno partecipato a campionati mondiali.
