About the author

Degree in Philosophy; Specialization in Management of Educational Institutions; Specialization in Methodology of Religious Education; Master's in Education/PUCRS; Doctorate in progress (2017-2020). She is currently a teacher at Porto Alegre City Hall. She has experience in training and developing groups, with an emphasis on leadership management.
