About the author
Honey Goel, an alumnus of the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Drug Research, Punjabi University, Patiala, and the University Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Panjab University, Chandigarh, has been serving as Head & Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutics, University Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences Faridkot in Punjab. He has teaching and research experience of 10 years in the institute. The thrust areas of his research include targeted drug delivery, colon cancer biology, and chemoprevention, using natural polymers for formulating mouth-dissolving tablets and colon drug delivery systems. He has published more than 50 international peer-reviewed publications and has been guiding many master's and Ph.D. students.
