About the author

Nick Vadasz is better known as The Picklesman. Inspired by his Hungarian heritage, he founded Vadasz in 2011 in a shipping container in Hackney, East London. He began selling his range of both fermented and vinegar brined pickles, sauerkraut and kimchi at markets across London. Vadasz soon became the first UK based producer of cold brined pickles and chilled live ferments and is now stocked in all major supermarkets and a variety of restaurants nationwide.

Vadasz's naturally fermented products are chilled, meaning they retain their gut health benefits. The brand has amassed loyal customers and a huge fan base.
