Water resource management models - Analyses and proposals for improving the Ceará system

The general objective of the research in question is to establish a proposal for improving the water resources management system in the state of Ceará, by proposing an institutional model of water agency for the state's river basins, based on knowledge of the water policy and organisational structure of some countries and a qualitative analysis of COGERH and other institutions in Brazil that perform the functions of managing body or water agency.

Civil Engineer and Master in Water Resources. Public employee of the Water Resources Management Company of Ceará-COGERH. He has held important positions in the public sphere. He was CEO of COGERH, National Secretary of Water Infrastructure, Minister of National Integration, Secretary of Water Resources of Ceará.
