Anastasios Karasavvoglou is a Professor of Economics at the International Hellenic University (Greece) and President of the annual international conference "Economies of the Balkan and Eastern European Countries". 
Persefoni Polychronidou is an Associate Professor of Quantitative Methods at the Department of Economics at the International Hellenic University in Greece.
