The Perfect Christmas Tree is a children's story with adult implications. It tells the story of a once perfect Christmas tree seedling that becomes damaged by a storm and the world refuses to look deeper beyond outward appearances. That being the real meaning of Christmas and that is the birth of the perfect Jesus in a world of imperfection. But, in the eyes of God we are all perfect creations in spite of our human imperfections.

About the author

This is a book written by a first author who was inspired by his Down syndrome son, Jonathan who in his 25 years of life loved Christmas and children's books. My background was for 35 years in the field of education at all levels. After Jonathan birth in 1988, he became the inspiration for the founding of the Giving Tree Farm in Lansing, Michigan that is a 501c organization that provides today comprehensive services for the disabled and elderly. The purpose of my life has been to make a difference in lives of people who are not blessed with all the good things of life.
