Jean-Bosco MUGALU SADIKI ha conseguito un dottorato in Sociologia e insegna presso l'Institut supérieur de Kalehe. Insegna all'Université Internationale de Hautes Technologies e all'Université des Martyrs du Congo, dove è vicepreside responsabile dell'insegnamento presso la Facoltà di Scienze Agronomiche e dell'Ambiente.
