The objects of study in the monograph are hydrazides of phosphorylated formic acids and their precursors. The aim of this work is the synthesis and development of methods for the preparation of hydrazides of phosphorylated formic acids with potential psychotropic and biological activity.A new method for the preparation of esters of phosphorylated formic acids - precursors of new analogs of Kapah - was developed by introducing a third reagent of electrophilic character - an alkyl chloroalkoxylating ester - into the two-component system "P(III) chloride + aprotonic dechloroalkoxylating agent";synthesis of a new analog of "Kapah" - hydrazide of phosphorylated formic acid was carried out. These studies initiated the study of a new class of drugs, the pharmacological actions of which, unlike most biologically active organic phosphorus compounds, are not associated with their anticholinesterase action.
