Scientific management today - An analysis of ORT and its relationship with production in two companies of different sizes in the Southwest region of Paraná

This study was carried out in two companies of different sizes in the Southwest region of Paraná, with the aim of identifying the companies' production management practices and relating them to the Rational Organisation of Work (RLO), through interviews with those responsible for production in both companies, in order to analyse the practice of administrative methods, especially those of Scientific Administration, in companies in the Southwest region of Paraná.

Master's student on the Postgraduate Programme in Management and Regional Development at the State University of Western Paraná (2017-2018). Graduated in Law from the State University of Ponta Grossa (2004-2008). MBA in Strategy Management from Universidade Norte do Paraná (2014-2015). Postgraduate in Commercial Law from FAVENI (2016-2017).
