The challenge of a demanding Africa.Man has a duty to praise his Creator, say religious theologians. And religion and morality are no less important sources for the formalization of legal norms. From time immemorial, religion and morality have influenced city management standards. Their dictates prevailed throughout the ages of ancient kingdoms in all regions of the world (Egypt, Babylon, Greece, Rome, Kush, Ghana, Mali, Kongo...). In today's world, they direct the initiatives and actions of politicians and communities.Spirituality, religion and morality act as mutual watchdogs for the preservation of honorable practices and good morals, for the perpetuation of a better way of living together and the harmony of the human and environmental ecosystem.Ignoring this and deciding to hinder them in their prerogatives, poses a concern for denial, leading in turn to attempts to normalize paraphilias (sexual deviances), the corollaries of which would be the occurrence of pandemics (AIDS, C. virus...), or the butterfly effect of armed conflicts.
