About the author
Vasanthan Raghavan is a Principal Engineer at Qualcomm Technologies. He received the B.Tech degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology at Madras, Chennai, India, in 2001, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical and computer engineering, in 2004 and 2006, respectively, and the M.A. degree in mathematics, in 2005, all from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, WI, USA.
Junyi Li is a Vice President, Engineering at Qualcomm Technologies. He is an IEEE Fellow and a Qualcomm Fellow. He received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineer- ing from Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN, USA, and the MBA degree from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA, USA.
Ashwin Sampath was a Senior Director, Technology at Qualcomm Technologies. He is currently with Blue River Technology, Inc. He received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ, USA.
Ozge H. Koymen is a Senior Director, Technology at Qualcomm Technologies. He received the B.S. degree in electrical and computer engineering from Carnegie Mel- lon University, Pittsburgh, PA, USA, in 1996, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Stanford University, Stanford, CA, USA, in 1997 and 2003, respectively.
Tao Luo is a Vice President, Engineering at Qualcomm Technologies. He received the B.S.E.E. degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China, the M.Sc. degree from Queen's University, Kingston, Ontario, Canada, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of Toronto, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
