This paper explores the role of blockchain technology in securing and managing healthcare data generated by IoT devices, thereby addressing critical challenges related to data privacy, authentication, and trustworthiness. By leveraging blockchain's decentralized and immutable ledger, IoT devices can securely record and share patient data in real-time, enabling healthcare providers to access accurate and tamper-proof information for diagnosis, treatment, and patient monitoring. Furthermore, smart contracts powered by blockchain facilitate automated and transparent execution of healthcare processes, such as insurance claims processing, medical supply chain management, and patient consent management.
