Disciplinary offences and administrative improbity - Limits and points of interaction

This book is the result of research that analyses the simultaneous liability of public servants as a result of committing a disciplinary offence and an act of administrative improbity. It examines the principle of the independence of instances in opposition to the principle of non bis in idem and verifies the possibility of the principle of non bis in idem limiting the concomitance of disciplinary liability and administrative improbity.
