About the author

Peachie Wimbush-Polk is a wellness author, retreat leader, and online personality known for her activism in both mindfulness and social justice. After her honorable discharge from the Air Force, she spent her time with friends and family before joining her first wellness retreat in 2013, inspiring her to create her own motivational experiences. Peachie’s first of many achievements was her essay in Meeting at the Table, a black feminist anthology on community and events during 2020. Less than a year later, she would use her newfound spark to open Jus’ Peachie Retreats for reconnecting to your inner power. Peachie continues to spend her days between wellness collaborations, hosting retreats, and hanging out with her family. She resides in Pittsburgh, PA.
