Denver - Short story. DE

To say that J.Denver was a hero of mine is a vast understatement. I grew up with him, and he was one of my idols. The reasons are many; he loved the mountains, the rivers and the trees. He loved people. He was a deep ecologist before it was fashionable to be one. He was deeply anti-war and for this, his plane may have been tampered with before he embarked on the plane, which crashed and killed him.
