Professor Peter Forsyth is a Lecturer at the Department of Economics at Monash University, Victoria, Australia. David Gillen is YVR Professor of Transportation Policy, Operations and Logistics Division at the Sauder School of Business, University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada.
